Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be: purchased within the past 30 days, unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an order number.
To return your unopened, unused Predator Guard unit: email us within 30 days at: firstname.lastname@example.org or use the submit a request link on top of this page with:
• The name on your original order
• your order number
• date of purchase
• reason for the return
We will issue you with a Return Authorization Number which must be clearly written or typed on your shipping label.
3rd Party web sites or in-store purchases
If you purchased your Predator Guard units at a 3rd party web site like Amazon, or retail store in the past 30 days, please contact them directly for your return.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
• Predator Guard units with obvious signs of use, with missing original packaging including all inserts and instructional brochures.
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
In this situation your return will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 hours.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your Predator Guard unit, please return your unit/s at the address below with a Return Authorization Number (RAN#) (your original order number) printed clearly on the shipping label.
(You are responsible for any return shipping costs to us.
We will cover shipping for any replacement unit shipped back to you.)

The Return Authorization Number must be clearly written or typed on your shipping label.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
